Here's the thing. It's finished. Explains all the settings, all the windows, includes a detailed tutorial for making SVCDs and XSVCDs (which is pretty much regular SVCDs but with lower bitrates; ffmpegx has, imho, a narrower definition of SVCD than most players do).
*But* I have no screenshots. And I am rotten at the artsy bit. So I was thinking of posting it here and putting it online without the graphics. Would that be OK with everyone, or do you insist on images? Then it'll take an extra week I'm afraid...
Oh, and like the program itself I'm sure the manual will be continually updated, based on improvements, your feedback etc etc.
Note that the first version of the manual will *not* have detailed tutorials for making DivX films, since I have no personal experience of that. If you have, feel free to drop me a line @ oldelrocho@hotmail.com.

P.S.
I will await your responses here for 48 hours, and then either post the manual or start messing around w screenshots etc.

Please post it. Then, wait for feedback and make changes/clarifications as necessary. When that settles down, then make the screen shots. If you invest time making screen shots and Major changes the look of ffmpegX, you will have to play catch up.
I see you have already posted it (I was reading the posts from bottom to top). I am printing it now. Thanks
