    does it HAVE to be "Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps?"
    or can it be Layer-2 44100Hz 128kbps ???

    Even that will put it in the category of XVCD, but odds are it will work just fine.

    well see.. ihave a NAPA DAV-311 VCD player and wanted to fit more video on a CD by droppping the bitrate....
