Lip Sync Problems with Nero

Hi

Im having problems with sound converting avi divx files to vcd mpeg. The lipsync is fine during the first 10 mins but then the sound becomes ahead of the image.

I am using nero express because I cant get to grips with Nero or TMPeg thing.
