    When converting AC3 to MP2 for SVCD the delay should be fixed, that is not a problem of course. My question is, when using AC3 file from these multi-cd DivX movies, how can I know what was the original delay so I could fix it?

    All I can say is I have done a few movies like this and never had to correct anything. I believe this is taken care of in the divx creation process.

    However, I would be happy to be corrected if I am wrong in this and have just been lucky so far!
