    That mfc thingy broke today after installing some DVD ripping proggies. NeoDivx or something like that installed WinASPI, which is the program I suspect of causing this. Anyway, I can't play back DVDs in PowerDVD, it just freezes after that message. Windows Media Player gives that error too, but it can at least play back movies from the HDD. I've tried reinstalling PowerDVD, Media Player, DirectX and Visual C++ (it's got some MFC library thingie). I got Win98. Any help? I'd very much appreciate it :/

    Shouldn't be: F-Secure is checking the system real-time... well I guess I should check my computer :/

    Fixed! Just renamed a file called mfc42u.dll to mfc42u.dll.old and it works.
