Hi, I've been trying to follow the "Dazzle DVC-II Better SVCD Creation" How-to from this site and everything is fine as far as high-rate capture and splitting audio and video is concerned but when I 'downmix' the 2 streams to SVCD standard format the audio always lags behind the video. This is equally true if I just capture straight to SVCD. I'm using the Dazzle DVCII card to capture and my inital capture file is 268,646kb, mpeg-2, 480x576, 8,000,000 bps.
Any help gratefully appreciated.
