once i have dvd decrypter rip out the movie, the movie part is under 4.3 gig. Do i still need to:
run dvd2avi
then tmpgnec
then burn it with gear pro?
All i have in my directory is
VIDEO_TS directory containing
4 VOB files and
1 VTS_07_0.IFO
or should i have ripped it using dvd decrypter using Write and then have dvd decrypter burn it????

No, you don't need to re-encode. However, you're going to need the video_ts.ifo file and bup files. I'd suggest using IFOedit to create those for you. Then all you need to do is simply burn with GearPro.

could you breifly describe the steps to have ifoedit create those fo rme?
i truly appreciate your time -
i think you need to rip all the files onto your hard drive thats what i do. then you load up your ifo file that from teh main movie. then you click on vob extras. select your destination then click ok. everything else is pretty simple.
