    I have a file in NTSCFilm form and I can't seem to convert it to standard NTSC without the audio going out of sync. So is it ok to burn as a ntsc film vcd and will it play?

    yes NTSCFilm is fine to use if the source is NTSCFilm - I do it all the time.
