Being new to this I have a probaly basic question.....
If I burn a VCD or SVCD what will I find on the disk after burning, will it be only ONE MPG file ????
If I transfer an MPG file to CD will it usually play on a DVD player I have a Dansai 1010
Also if I convert a DIVX movie to MPG using TMPGenc can I then easily encode it to a VCD using e.g NERO 8) 8) 8)
Thanks

1. Yes, there will be only one MPEG file on the disk (AVseq01.dat), unless you decide to burn a multi-track VCD.
2. Yes, if your player supports VCD.
3. I would recommend encoding your DivX files with TMPGEnc, but I would not recommend encoding them with Nero as Nero is the worsest encoder most people would say known to man. Nero is one of the best burning applications out there.
Hope That Helps!!!:P

Is it best to extract the audio first on it's own then join it with the encoded MPG file after......using TEMPGenc
