    There are copyright notices on EVERY PAGE of the site.
    It is both part of the footer and even a status bar overlay in IE.

    Yah, but if you go an make it "official" then taking legal action is easier. Of course I doubt you would have any trouble proving that you had the info out first and you created it. Let's hope it doesn't get that hostile!
