HELP! no sound, export from premiere 6.5 to m2v

Right i have made a movie from my DV camera footage, edited it in premiere 6.5 with transitions, soundtrackes etc (mp3's)

I then exported my movie using the export MPEG option in premiere and get the m2v file but i have just played it back using powerdvd and there is no sound! neither from the DV footage i capture or the soundtracks i added

Where did i go wrong????

just checked the settings, sound was supposed to be PCM is this why i cant hear it during a preview playback of the m2v file on my PC?

Am i being really daft? do i have to export the sound file seperately? (WAV file)
