    I capture at 29.97 fps. In fact, I can't capture at any other speed accept PAL standard, but I noticed that VCDEasy, when it outputs its XML remarks, says 30fps. Does this mean I have to convert? Is this the right section to ask this or maybe I should go to burning?

    Don't worry about it. VCDEasy just rounds the framerate to 30fps even though it's still 29.97fps. Don't worry, your output is still going to be 29.97fps. :P
