    Hi all ,
    i need someone who explain me how to creat a vcd that is compatible with allmost player vcd- dvd like Figitel and the other ,
    please explain me that from the begin , i'am a newest and here is what i have:

    1- pc Pentium 4 1.7Ghz , Vram 64 mo, system, Win Me
    2- Tv card WinTV Nexus-s.
    3- Multi-Dec 8.2 Fr
    4- multi-dec save movie in format MPEG-2 pal-25 fram /S
    5- i'm using Nero Burning rom 5.5.9.9 .

    i hv too : DVD2Avi - TMPEGEnc 2.59 but i need Tmpegenc Plugin -
    can someone help me please
