Does anyone here knows how to add chapters (tracks) on VCD so i don't have to wait for some time to fast forward?? If anyone can tell me, that would be appreciated. It would be even more appreciated if anyone could tell me the right forum for this topic and thank you very much!

Chapters can be added by your authoring package. It also depends on your VCD player supporting PBC ( PlayBack Control ).

The easiers software I've used for authoring and burning with chapters is VCDeasy.

If you are using Nero, use VCD template, and click on the [menu] tab,
then turn [on] and setup the menu.

What Dark604 asked for was about how to create CHAPTERS.
While your favorite program Nero is fine at creating simple menus, it doesn't support creating chapters (or complex menus either). It's always best to read the WHOLE post.

@Dark604: I'd go with VCDEasy (newest version seems best). It can do chapters quite nicely. Very few settings to have to mess with.

Note: Chapter start points can only truly occur at Sequence Headers/GOP beginnings. Check some of the guides here to make sure the video clips' got them where you want them.
