  2. Well I really don't know why you are using all those programs??

I was having trouble buring my first DVD-R using like 20 differnt programs and none of them work. As of now I just use Smart Ripper and Nero.

    1. I load DVD into DVD-Rom.
    3. Before I actually rip the DVD I make a specific directory for this DVD movie
    2. Then I start Smart Ripper. Smart Ripper automatically reads the DVD and gives you 3 option.

    a. Rip only the Movie
    b. Rip Certain files of the Movie
    c. Rip The entire DVD

    3. I usually select option c if it's under 4.7 G. Choose your targetted directory - the one that you made in step "3".
    4. Once ripping is complete just open Nero and chose DVD-Video.
drag all the files in the directory and move them into the VIDEO_TS directory that Nero has set up for you. Hit the burn button and let it do it's thing.

    * This of course only works for movies 4.7 G or less. For movies that are more than 4.7G then you will need IfoEdit. I have instructions for that too.
** If you have a CD Burner - make sure you have the DVD Burner choosen in the Nero Settings. There are some people that forget to choose back to the correct writer.

Let me know if this is any help......you can e-mail at
    gin_32@yahoo anytime for more help....
