    need some guidance - i need to LOWER the file size of an mpg i have.

    i captured it from my DV and converted using tmp template - pal VCD

    the 10 second snippet i have is about 2M in filesize - i need to reduce this.... any tips??

    lowering the res of the mpg... but how?
    Any help is FAAAANTASTIC.. :D

    start over and convert it again to mpeg but lowet the bitrate this time .

    Lower both the resolution AND the bitrate. I set my resolution with Avisynth script in conjunction with CCE.

    This will be done in the conversion process. in tmpgenc change them both under the settings tab, you will have to load the unlock.mcf file first under load ->extras folder
