  1. I am trying to burn downloaded AVI file to VCD.
When trying to convert it to Mpeg there is no sound in Adobe Premiere.
With other programs my movie becomes streched if i have widescreen version. So what I do is: uncompress audio and then it works fine, but...
When i uncompress audio, sometimes its playing faster then video, I mean in the beggining of file its fine, in the middle shift is about 1 second, closer to an end it becomes more then 5 seconds. Not on all files shift appears. For example, took "Billy Madison" AVI file. Sound bitrate was 96kbps, uncompressed it, works fine. "Analyze This" AVI with bitrate 113kbps shift is very big, about 4-5 seconds. Does anybody know what I can do to avoid this shift? Is it because of original sound bitrate? if yes, how can i change it? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! I SPENT A WEEK FINDING A SOLUTION, MAYBE SOMEBODY HAVE DONE IT BEFORE. Thanks in advance.
