I think Will Hay referred to his convertible and could drive with an open "hood" all the time.
When I read "hood", I first thought, he meant "bonnet", which implied to me, his engine was getting to hot. -

Honestly though, i don't think i can tell you since i believe it is for g_shocker182 to decide. Maybe you can ask him in a PM? I think you (being a man with a great sense of humour) would find that pic only funny and not a slightest bit offensive........that is my opinion only, based on how you (your posts) come accross to me.
