HI,
I want to buy good video capture card for use in my home country which has PAL system. The cards that are available in US have the input TV/cable connector which is different from the ones used in my country, where typically a 75ohm balun is used. Are there any cards available which supports both the NTSC type RF connectors in US and the balun connectors? Is there a way to use the same card in both places?
Also, can the cards available in the market for video capture like Pinnacle, Radeon 7500 etc be used for both PAL and NTSC video captures?
Thank you
Ravi
