When i tried to convert divx to vcd the
sound was like 1 second before the picture
and that is very innoying....Can the problem
be my slow computer?

128mb ram
if i can fix this i need to know how.

i used the tmpegenc program
and i was following the guide on vcdhelp.com

This problem "sync problems" has been discussed many times - and sometimes its the player, sometimes the software used to encode the mpeg stream, and sometimes even the burning software. If possible try your VCD on someone else's faster computer or use the "search" facility in the forum - type in "sync problem".
