    I got the MPEG2 Plugin from the Tools section here and now I can load an MPEG2 file in TMPGEnc as the video source but it won't let me use it as the audio source. Do I have to de-multiplex and use that audio file or am I doing something wrong with the plugin?

    I got the same problem bub. In fact, I'm having a problem with the "Header Trick" thing as well. After doing the MUX, the audio suddenly doesn't sync with the video. Very frustrating!!!
