I am importing a Chapter Xtractor file to DVD Maestro but I only get 19 chapter's out of the 35 I want.

The above is the chapter file .chp, none of the chapter's preceeding with 00 get imported into DVD Maestro ie the first 16 timings only the last 19 get imported ie any preceeding with 01 or 02.
So timing 01:01:07:01 ends up being the first chapter at 1 min 7 secs into the movie.
Anyone have any idea why its doing this, prob some setup thing ive missed but any ideas.

you must have re-encoded with CCE i bet and used CCE's default time code start point of 1 hour ( 01:00:00;00 DF) you can fix this two ways - 1. re-encode mpeg with CCE and set first frame as 00:00:00:01 if 24fps (23.97) or 00:00:00;01 DF if interlaced 29.97 material ..
or in maestro right click on the time code track and set to zero based , not asset based time code ..
right now you time code starts on the 1 hour mark and you want it to start at zero -- the first frame should accually be zero but CCE reserves all zero point for somthing special it says (i have no idea what)
