  5. If you're using a high bit rate in TMPGEnc, I suggest lowering it a little bit.

  7. I captured, edited and encodec a MPEG2 SVCD Compliant using Pinnacle Studio 8, than i made the authorind with this Ulead DVD Moviefactory and, when i tested the CD in my DVD Player, the audio of ******* out of sync too...

I'll try Ulead DVD Workshop now.

  8. First off you should'nt curse like that, Now from what I've read on this site if you are letting ulead re-encode you video it will screw it up. read the forums for the way to stop ulead from re-encoding, I had this problem with vs6, now I don't.

  9. i wasnt cursing,, sorry if it seemed liek i did.

ok, when i make my cideo_ts folders,, uldea multiplexs the files then makes the video_ts folders , when i test with power dvd the file is all jerky.

how do i stop ulead from converting my files?

  10. ok i the av i i converted from was 23.9 fps, so i check the film / movie option on tmpg when xonverting, for some reason if i encde this avi file anythng over 4000 kbits when ulead movie fatory makes the video_ts fodler and files, the movie is really skrewed, jerking and audio out of sync.

when encoded at 4000 its fine, very strange as ive encoded some movies at 80000 and theyhave been fine.

    any1 else had anything simluar?

  11. Gecko, did'nt mean you, was refering to Ticiano. as for the rest of it I'm new to all this I was thinking that the file Tmpegec, makes is ready to burn if compliant with dvd standard. Figured all you had to do was open ulead import file then export to dvd writer plugin I may be wrong, sorry if I've given you wrong info.

  12. Try these TMPGenc settings used by someone in another thread for DVD quality MPEG that Ulead likes:

source is AVI 720 by 480. Could be any 720 by 480 avi.

    Feed to TMPG
    Settings for TMPG
    NTSC high quality
    CBR 6000
    VBV 224
    INTERLACE

  13. tryed that, cant test the ifo file with pwoer dvd , causes a crash, cant be bothered to burn it to dvdr and waste £1 lol.

i think its just this 1 movie, others have been fine,, ill have to do it at 4000kbits bitrate
