Movie to big for DVDR - reencode just one vob out of the set

Sometimes movies are 5 - 300 meg to big for 1 DVDR. So do this:

Take just one vob from the ripped movie & redo with 50% in Rempeg2

Then use ifoedit to remux the created m2v to this one vob only
(all done on a copy of the original vob, in case)

Then replace vobs & you are done
