    how do u convert a normal mpeg clip on 2 a vcd ???

    Read the how to author guides.

    The mpg file has to be of a certain format to be VCD compliant, if it is not VCD compliant it can still be burned but will be an XVCD (see what is VCD)

    VCD(PAL) is (video) 352x288 25fps 1150kbps (Audio) 44.1KHz 224kbps
    VCD(NTSC) is (video) 352x240 29.97fps 1150kbps (Audio) 44.1KHz 224kbps
