Changing parental control

Is there a way to change the parental control or add one if there isn't one?

if you author with maestro or scenarist -- both of these can set the parent code bits .. or region ..

when you rip the the dvd - i think the partental codes are removed but im not sure about this .

just ask some little kid - they are always able to break through those ussually anyway as well as firewalls now at schools ..
