What is the best/easiest software to edit DV and then convert to DVD?

Moviemaker2 that is free with WindowsXP
http://download.microsoft.com/download/WinXPHome/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/setup.exe
It can import the DV file and add special effects.
Hint: save as DV-NTSC file as it's mpeg encoder
is not as good as tmpgenc.
tmpgenc is the program you will use to convert to m2v and mp2/wav
that you can dvd-author with ifoedit0.95
If you bought a dvd burner it probably come with Sonic-MyDVD
and it have more features.
