Is this an alternative to using Tmpgenc?? I hear it may improve the pic quality of VCD and encoding times and it is free like tmpgenc anyone currently using this app or previous versions of it. Any comments??

  4. have checked this out and was not very impressed. I am only a newbie so maybe it's over my head. Maybe one of the experienced users out there can give it a go. I think it's only good for developing stuff for the web. 1 thing I can tell ya it over writes the drivers and messes you up with macro vision business but easy to roll back to WDM 1.08.
