I am trying to convert/encode from AVI to MPEG2. TMPGEnc crops off part of the video, no matter what settings I SEEM to try. Please advise.

Trying to do Auto VBR.....average of ~2.8k

Use >
setting > advanced > video arrange method > center custom size.
experiment with sizes and view results in >
File > Preview"Today is only yesterdays tomorrow" -
If you are talking about on yout TV the videos don't seem to fill the screen? If so do a search on "overscan" and follow the directions.
