Does anyone else get bogus settings from the bitrate calcs? I tried 2 of them and got the same wrong info.

    length> 1:39:39
    file type> avi
    disc type > 80minute cd-r
    resolution> 352x240
    audio> 128kbps

It tells me to encode video at 856 kbps. After 3 hours of waiting I get a movie file that is about 760mb.

My calc gets me 858 kbps video bitrate - pretty close to yours. With 128 kbps audio, this sums up to 703 MB (736819200 bytes).
