Does anybody know HOW to resize a DivX file WITHOUT having to encode the bloody thing?
I've been slaving DAMN weeks, trying to do this, and if i encode to MPEG, frames will get corrupted and other things, PLZ TELL ME THERE IS SUCH A PROGRAM THAT I CAN RESIZE WITHOUT ENCODING!!
