    Is there a site that has short MPEG-1 (MPEG-2 would be nice but not necessary) clips available for download? What I'm looking for are short text clips/animations that say things like "Please insert disc 2", etc.

    Also, what program would be good to use to create a short MPEG file that I could place at the beginning of a VCD, for example the name of the clip/movie?

    This is Kitty's site for logo's, change cd clips, etc.

    To Make your own clips - I make all my stills, etc in Photshop / Powerpoint, then render out the clips in Vegas Video.
