I just installed the latest TMPGEnc in WinXP Pro. I launch it and seemingly nothing happens. The Task Manager shows it as a process runnning, but not as an application running....??
No window, nothing on Taskbar, not able to switch to it via "TAB"
Anyone run into this before???
