My "anti"-doubleposts system seems not to work.

So I wonder how you were able to post 4 exact posts? Did you do something special when you posted? Like reloaded because nothing happend when you posted or?

I have no idea what you mean by that. I admit, i did leave 4 posts on someone elses thread a few weeks ago, and that was only because i was a newbie and i had no idea what to do. I thought it was like napster, but apparently i was wrong. I apologized to the people i had left the posts on. I figured out how to use this, so i don't have any problems with this system any more. But i still don't understand edwhat you mean by " did you do something special? Like reloaded because nothing happened when you posted or?" I didn't do anything special. I just wrote a post and posted it. That's it. I didn't reload either. So, please explain what you mean by that.

    Thanks a million

You had post 4 exact same posts of this topic. I have removed the others. And I just wondered if you did something when you posted the topic.

but you apperently didnt do anything special at all...it's must be the forum that is a bit weird.

I didn't leave 4 exact topics on this forum. The first posts i left, i asked how to use Logoaway on an AVI. Now, i'm asking how do you use TMPGEnc to remove a logo on a MPEG. They aren't the same.

The first time i left the 4 posts on the threads, i wasn't registered. Your system only applies to people who are registered. I think that's your problem right there. You should make it apply to anyone who uses the site. Well, i hope i have answered all of your questions for you. If you still need to know more about this subject, leave a post.

    Thanks a million

That's very helpful, thanks. But logo-away only works on AVI's. I want to be able to use TMPGEnc to remove a logo from a MPEG, not an AVI. But thatnks anyways.

    Thanks a million

Hi You need to put the logo away.vdf inside the plugins folder for it to be ready for use.

1 Now load Vdub and a movie with a logo to be removed.
2 Make sure your in full processing mode under video
3 Hit Video > Filters and click Add.
4 Select the filter from the list and Click OK
5 A window will popup, hit the preview button

You will now see a square superimposed on top of your picture, if you cannot see it try temporary changing the type by hitting the "Solid fill" button you should now be able to see the square.

Use the Logo border X/Y to move the square to the location you wish to block out, use the Logo border size X/Y to size the square.

When you have the black square blocking out the logo, now click the "XY" or "UGALARM" to change from the black square.

    Click OK, OK

    Now save your AVI

    Logo away V2.4 2D

Sorry, Try clicking Video > Compression before you save

I use DivX, but try diffrent ones, or select the same codec as the original.

    Hi

Just read this message, only time I have had a problem loading AVI's in Vdub is when the correct codec is not installed.

Does it do this on all your AVI's or just this one ?

Access Violation ? sounds like another process is using the file ?

  15. I went to the site, but don't see how all of that stuff helps me on the crashing of VDub thing. So, all ur saying is that all i need is the right codec? Well, that's easy enough. Thanks.
