I grok how to convert using TMpegEnc etc, but I have several movies that are in two DivX parts. Is there a program that will take multiple input files and span them over multiple output chunks?

Why not use TMPG to encode each divx part to fit on one CD? Then you can set up each encode job and put it in the batch processing.
