I have a MPEG1 file that is about 2.7GB that I have burned to a DVD+RW (The file is 352x240 pixels, 29.97 fps, 2300 kbit/sec and audio at 48khz). While the MPEG file plays fine on the computer (from the hard drive), sometime after I demultiplexed the file in TMPGEnc or after I ran it through IFOEdit (to get my VOB and IFO files) my sync went to pot. Now the audio on the DVD+RW is not synced (the audio is slower than the video and gets worse as it progresses).
It is odd, because the MPEG file plays just fine, but only looses sync when converted for burning.
Any suggestions?
Could it be that I upped the file to 2300 kbit/sec that doesn't work well with TMPGEnc or IFOEdit?
