    I have a bunch of Region 2 PAL South Park DVDs I'd like to convert to NTSC DVD-Rs.

    I've searched the forums and it doesnt look like is one straight forward process for doing this. Anyone have a step by step process that can help out?

    I have never done that but it should be possible with tmpgenc and then you can re-author the vobs with ifoedit/vobedit to burn them onto dvd-r/w. 8)
