No audio when using TMPGEnc to convert avi to mpg???

I'm trying to convert spiderman(divx) to mpg. The problem is that the only audio that I get to work is in the preview for "Hulk". Once Spiderman starts there is no audio. The audio file on the original divx is mpg3. I'm using TMPGEnc. When in "source" options the audio line disappears after the HULK preview.

What gives? I've never had any problems converting divx with mpg3 audio...why now?

I tried the search tool with no luck!

Read through the How to convert to VCD with TMPGEnc guide in the Convert section.

"If you get audio errors, out of sync problems or bad audio or no audio at all - try to convert the audio to wav before converting."

I already no how to use TMPGE...

I figured out the problem though...
I used virtualdub and converted the file...then used TMPGE and the audio was fine!
