I made a VCD using NERO 5.5 and when i play it on my JVC XV-S300 DVD player it will play for a few minutes and then start to skip and pause, and only continue to get worse from there on. And the CD isn't scratched.
My guess is that i might be doing something wrong in the Encoding stage, but i did everything according to the "Convert from AVI to VCD" guide.
Here's some things that might help you to answer my question.
My VCD's are compossed of 2-3 serperate clips. Some are set at 29.97fps, and others are at 23.97fps. And sometimes i have both 29.97 and 23.97 on the same CD. I'm not going to explain how i encoded them, because it's too much writing, but if u need to see i used the "Convert from AVI to VCD" guide under the CONVERT menu. And for the Audio i used VirtualDUb to extract the WAV file from the AVI file and then using TMPGenc i encoded the 2 files.
I originaly got my AVI files from the net at a higher resolution.
I didnt change the FPS rate of any of the AVI files
and i'm stuck on this issue. PLEASE HELP!!!
