I'm losing a ton of frames... I've set my computer to "optimal performance" by following the guidelines at http://scmmicro.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/scmmicro.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_refno=011004-000020
Still no good... please help!

check the source and the frame rate setting ie Pal source then mark 25 fps
if NTSC the 30 fps....stick to that and all should be good also check out the how to guide's which have been a valuable source of info....I am not sure if you are new to all this video capping business so maybe you already know all this.....I hope Ive helped
