    I am looking to buy a Home Theater system from walmart for $139.00. It is called a Regent HT 500. I have never heard of it and can not find it on any seaches. I also should like to be able to make it region free.

    Has anybody heard of them, got one or knows how whether it can be made region free.

    You can always get it, and then return it if it did not work out.
    But please post your test result in this forum.

    We have test report on dvd-player, but not surround system,
    we are missing half of the DVD revolution.
