I have bought this program, and after many days trying I still can't resolve this problem: Can someone explain me how can I make a slideshow with the correct aspect ratio of my Tv (16:9)? I have tried many times but the result is always the same and if I want to see them with the right proportions I have to change the tv settings to 4:3.Doing this they appear smaller!! Can someone help me please ????

Do you get a "squished" (too-wide) picture if you play it back in 16:9 mode, or doesn't it work at all?
I don't think there are any settings in Pictureshow to adjust for 16:9.
This may sound goofy, but if you are getting squished images, then you could adjust the proportions of your images via a photo editor (like Photoshop Elements) to counteract the width distortion. -
In fact I see it "squished" as you say,and could you please explain me how I have to change the photo with Photoshop?
Thanks a lot for your answer -
Changing the setting to 4:3 should be the right approach.
All these PhotoCD, picture Show, CDI are based on VCD,
and thus for 4:3 TV. -
Hopefully my math is correct here....
What you want to do is to reduce the image's pixel width count to 3/4 of its original value. For example, if you have a 1000 x 750 image, you would use Image->Resize and change the pixel count to 750 x 750 (make sure that "constrain proportions" is NOT checked).
Please let us know how that works out.
