I recently tried the region hack for the Mustek DVD V300 on my DVD V560 and discoverd that it works.

This is how you do it:

Power on your DVD Player without a Disc.

1) press SETUP on the remote control
2) Following steps uses the front panel on the DVD
3) press NEXT
4) press STOP
5) press PAUSE/STEP
6) press PREV
7) press NEXT

This will bring up a menu called - Loopholes -

To make it region free select By pass.
