What do you want to burn, data or DVD-video. What is your source, captures, downloads or DVD rips?
You are right in that Win98 has a file size limit, though its 4Gig. For bigger filesizes you will need WIndows 2k or XP and use the NTFS file system.
For DVD-video, file sizes are only 1Gig max, but your source files may be bigger, upto 4.3 gig.
It all depends on what you want to actually do with your DVD as to wether or not you can do it with WIn98.
More info please -
all i want to do i copy a sauce file to my hard drive then
reburn it to a blank dvd. -
Well in that case you would be burning it as data (like a DVD rom). So with win98 SE you are limited to max file size on your HD of 4Gig. Also you will have to burn the DVD in UDF/ISO mode I believe.
