Hi! I am a C language programmer an have read Death-By-Bitrate's page (DVD to SVCD the anime way). As DBB doesn't give any e-mail address, I am trying to contact him by this forum just in case he (or someone who knows him) reads this.

I'm interested in make a new IVTC algorithm for TMPGEnc, VirtualDub or a standalone tool. I would like to take into account the anime issues he mention (IVTC changing through time) and I would like he's advice on the subject.
