Using which VCD software player to print the current image?

My boss is a computer stupid. He want to play and print his VCD movies. I suggest to use PowerDVD to capture his desire movie image and then use ACDSee to print it out. But he still says it is very difficult. He just want a "Print" button in the VCD player application.

Please suggest!!!

Now, I am writing a VB program to handle the print function. It seems OK. But another question about PowerDVD arise.

For the capture function in PowerDVD, the captured filename changes in acsending order. How can I set it to a fix filename ?
