  1. Hi there
Ive recently got a Pixelview Play TV pro TV tuner card
    PV-BT878P+ w/FM chipset
and am wanting to capture an NTSC vhs tape
    I have two problems..
1.) I am able to connect my vhs to the composite in of my card and get video from the VCR but the audio cord from the VHS to the audio in at the back of my tv card wont fit at the card end so I cant get sound, what kind of cord do I need to get audio??
2.) When trying to capture NTSC vhs in Virtual Dub, when selecting
Video --> Source --> NTSC-M the picture is black and white!!
How can I fix this so I get colour?
Both my VCR and Capture card are supposed to support NTSC
PAL vhs video is fine tho
THanks for any help with this

What type of connector is in your card? Is it mini (baby) plug? If so you can get a RCA to mini plug converter in any electronic store. Get the stereo type

is there another NTSC setting in your capture software. I remember with my old ASUS card, one setting only did B&W while the other did what the source was.

I live in a PAL (europe) area and the VCR i have is multiformat (supposed to play NTSC and PAL tapes) could it be the VCR itself?
Ive heard that these VCR's dont give true a NTSC signal is this right?
