Can Someone Tell me HOW TO PS2

I know that this is not really the right forum... but you people help me alot with others too.

well my question is can someone tell me how to make a "BACKUP" ps2 game??? I got a dvd burner!!!

what program do you use???

I don't know that the moderators would allow you to discuss a matter such as that on here because of liability reasons, etc. But I'll just put it like this.......

There are programs that allow you to do such a burn successfully. The best thing I can say without risking my ass and getting kicked off this board is to suggest you venture elsewhere for the answer. Download Kaaza and do a search for "Playstation 2". You'll be surprised at what pops up - trust me.

The last i knew they havent had a working ps2 game burner out of course i could be wrong.But it's not really different than other things your burn same princiaple.

thanx dudes, well that is why I said "BACKUPs"... I own the originals... just want to keep the original in good condition and use backups to throw around.

Hell i know what you mean i keep my disk in perfect condition then my cousins friend came over and scrathed one i was pissed i told him from now on my cousin or me had to put it in becuse i would kick his ass if he scrathed another one.

can someone name a program??? That is not against the rules... Program is legal... I'm not asking for a warez or a hack/crack version...
I want to go out to my local retail store and BUY my copy.

I dont know how much info i can enclose, but i hope this will help you all.

It is very possible to burn/backup ps2 games. There are 2 kinda formats though, ps2 CD format, and ps2 dvd format.

the cd format takes a couple minutes to backup using nero burning rom, and various patches. however, if you dont have a dvd burner, making a backup of a ps2 dvd format game is a very long process and very technical to where you will need to be cutting files, editing slus, and scus files to remove dvd check, patching, downsizing, etc.

Ive successfully made backups of both, programs that are needed are mostly all freeware... CDRWIN, NERO BURNING ROM, KIT BUILDER, HEX WORKSHOP, DUMMY FILE MAKERS, UNIVERSAL PATCHES and so on... all of which you can find if you go here... WWW.PS2OWNZ.COM, go to the forum, and do your searches for the programs, and d/l the guides that might or will help you learn this knowledge.
