    Interesting question .... to me probably easy for the rest of you experienced folk......but well here goes

    What happens if you cap at 30fps from a 25 fps source. I noticed that heaps of frames are dropped ...then what happens if you encode the file in vcd pal format????

    would you expect stuttery playback....probably an easy question but I am a semi newbie......

    I don't know what will happen. but I do know if you have a pal source, then capture Pal..........
