DVD Authoring help, very exact needs

I have two really old home videos of a band that are not on DVD, the VCD versions look like sh!+. I'm going to author my own. They both will fit on one DVD because they total only about 115 minutes. I want a menu that shows up when you put the dvd in to have two choices. One's a live concert and the other in like a video scrapbook. The user will select one choice and depending which one they pick will lead them to another menu with chapters and a play all menu. Kind of like the DVD movies where you can pick between widescreen and fullscreen versions o the movie like Monsters Inc, The New Guy, and What's The Worst That Could Happen. Except there will be two different movies instead of a widescreen and fullscreen version.

Ulead DVD workshop can do what you want, you can have moving menu's also.
